Requirements:
- 2 or more years of apartment maintenance experience required.
- 1 or more years of high-rise residential experience preferred.

What Your Day Looks Like:
- Responding to resident service requests and completing repairs efficiently, including appliances.
- Preparing units for move-in through full make-ready and furnishing processes.
- Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, amenities, exteriors, and parking areas.
- Supporting vendor coordination and assisting with day-to-day operational needs.
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance across units and equipment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience using and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
- Ability to manage inventory and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Hands-on experience with painting, drywall, basic carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and furniture assembly.
- Professional demeanor in both communication and appearance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and interact clearly.
- Familiarity with property management tools such as Appfolio is a plus.

- Pay: 28.00 to 36.00 per hour depending on experience.
