About the Job
Ecco Living is a Los Angeles property management company specializing in apartment, co-living, and student housing communities. We are looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to run the administrative side of our operation and keep our leasing, maintenance, and field teams moving.

This is a central role. You will be the person who keeps files in order, vendors scheduled, residents responded to, and the office running without friction. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, takes ownership, and follows through without needing to be asked twice.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Running the day-to-day operations of the office, including phone calls, email, and mail correspondence.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for the leasing and maintenance teams.
  • Serving as a first point of contact for residents, responding to requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Routing emergency maintenance requests to the right team and following up until they are resolved.
  • Organizing and maintaining property files, leases, contracts, insurance certificates, and other records.
  • Supporting resident onboarding, lease administration, renewals, and move-in and move-out paperwork.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs, gathering quotes, and tracking invoices.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and reconciliation support.
  • Helping keep our property management software current and accurate.
  • Documenting and improving office processes so the team runs more efficiently as we grow.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of office management or senior administrative experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks and hit deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with property management software such as AppFolio or Yardi is a strong plus.
  • Comfort with basic accounting and financial tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

What We Offer:
  • Salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance allowance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays.
  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
  • Consistent full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Opportunities for advancement as we continue to expand throughout Los Angeles.

Work Location: In-person at our Los Angeles office, with occasional travel to properties.

If you are an organized, dependable professional who likes being the person everything runs through, we would like to hear from you.
