What You Will Be Doing:
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will be responsible for keeping our units fully operational, move-in ready, and up to our standards at all times.
A typical day may include:
- Conducting inspections by overseeing move-ins and move-outs, evaluating cleaning quality, and ensuring every unit meets our standards.
- Preparing units with final touches to create a clean, welcoming, and ready-to-live-in space.
- Managing keys and handling basic maintenance tasks such as installing smart locks, replacing light bulbs, and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Running supplies and supporting maintenance or new unit setups as needed.
- Handling basic tech setups including WiFi, routers, and TVs, along with light troubleshooting.
- Providing general support wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.
What You Bring:
- A reliable vehicle and willingness to be on the road throughout the day.
- Comfort with basic tech setups and openness to learning new systems.
- Strong communication skills across email, phone, and apps.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly.
