You will be actively involved in marketing, touring properties, learning the leasing process, and working closely with leadership. Our home base is in West Hollywood, near The Grove, and this role requires being out in the field across Los Angeles, showing units and helping prospective residents find their next home.
What we are looking for:

- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with people daily.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple locations.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Weekend availability.
- A college degree is preferred but not required.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Generating leads and helping fill available units.
- Communicating with current and prospective residents via phone, text, and email.
- Conducting property tours across multiple locations.
- Assisting with move-ins and move-out inspections.
- Providing feedback on units to maintain a high-quality resident experience.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
